About Us

John Bongiorno, originally from Brooklyn NY, has been surrounded by family who loved to create delicious authentic meals.  His mother born and raised in Sicily, Italy, influenced his palate to expect and provide the best.  His uncles, restaurant owners, inspired John to take a leap of faith, change careers and open his own restaurant.  Since 2006, John continues to provide consistent flavors using the freshest and best ingredients every time.
